大学生出国留学动机分析 基于南财大与南邮大的调查
摘要:
本文以南京财经大学和南京邮电大学的本科生为样本,使用列联表和结构方程模型,分析了大学生出国留学动机的相关关系和相互影响。分析结果表明,大学生普遍认为国外的教育更实用,在国外也可以更好地成长与自我完善;而动机的根源主要有三方面,分别是教育方面、外界影响和获得的成就认可,我国教育部门可以从这三方面进行改进,以便更好地吸引和留住人才。

Abstract:
The present study explores the correlation and mutual impact of the motivations of college students studying abroad by using Cross Tabulation Table and SEM based on questionnaires filled out by students from Nanjing University of Finance and Economics and Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. The analysis reveals that students generally perceive foreign education as more practical and conducive to personal growth and self-improvement. The primary sources of motivation are educational factors, external influences, and recognition of achievements. This research provides valuable insights for educational authorities to improve policies aimed at attracting and retaining talent.
